WHO'S PLAYING? Billions of us who envision a world of peace, love, and joy.

WHEN?  Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 9pm YOUR LOCAL TIME! Put it on your calendar.

WHERE?  Anywhere in the world you can sit or lay down and close your eyes.  You can be in your car on the side of the road.  You can be on a plane or on a train or even in the rain.

WHY?  There are over 6 billion reasons to allow more love and light to flow into this world.  And quite frankly, you're the most important one.

Mother Theresa when asked if she would go to a anti-war rally she responded, "No, but if there is a peace rally, I'll go!"  Why did this amazing lady say that?  Aren't they essentially the same?  No, there is an infinite difference, she knew what you focused on grows and expands! 

Einstein said this, "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."   He also said this, "Imagination is everything, it's life's preview of coming attractions."

HOW?  You'll be doing a powerful 2, 4, 8+ breathing meditation that allows more light and love to flow through you into your world.  Start by closing your eyes and laying down or sitting.  Laying down is best.  Take a deep breath in for 2 seconds and then hold for 4 seconds and then let out very slowly for 8+ seconds, repeat 8 times.  That's it!  IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE: When you are letting the air out through your pursed lips, let it out completely and wait till your body breathes you!  You'll find that you'll automatically take an explosive breathe in without you consciously doing it!

SHOULD I PRACTICE THIS?  Yes!  It is always a good idea to prepare.  When you do you'll notice things and ideas will come easier and faster to you.  Also, more peace will be yours.

CAN I SHARE THIS EVENT WITH OTHERS? We hoped you would ask!  This yearly event can only happen because of you.  That is one of many reasons why you are infinitely important and special.

A child was asked while she was throwing sun damaged-dying star fish back into the ocean, "Child there are millions of starfish on this beach and there 100's of miles of beaches on this coast, you can't possibly make a bit of difference!"  She stopped for a moment, looked at the starfish in her hand and said, "It will make a world of difference to this one."  And tossed it into the ocean.   You never know just how far reaching your particpation will impact the world.
